Just Retirement Money Limited (JRML) was set up in 2016 to take on all lifetime mortgage lending conducted under the Group, with the sole focus on providing lending products for the retirement market.

We took over products and services from Just Retirement Limited that had been available in the equity release market since 2005, and continue to build on our award-winning service record.

About Just Retirement Money Limited

Just Retirement Money Limited provides a range of solutions with our Just For You Lifetime Mortgage. This includes options for customers to take their maximum borrowing as a lump-sum, to take an initial lump-sum together with a pre-agreed cash facility, and an option to service some or all of their retirement monthly interest amount.

Although JRML was only established in 2016, it's inherited the products, services and systems from Just Retirement Limited, which itself was established in 2004.

At the 2021 Financial Adviser Service Awards, we were awarded a 12th '5-Star' accolade in the 'Mortgage Providers' (formerly Mortgage Lenders & Packagers) category.
